Rob entered the local landscape industry specializing in residential design and build. He later transitioned to the supply side as a sales representative for a large corporation that provided a wide range of landscape supplies to wholesale clients. After a few years, Rob was recruited by a local small business that emphasized plant material, where he advanced through various roles, eventually General Manager. Ultimately, Rob decided to dedicate himself entirely to high-quality plant material, aiming to create a strong organization in Old Glory by treating his customers, suppliers, and employees with the respect he desires. When not at the nursery you will most likely find Rob catching an O's game or crabbing

with his family.

Andy began his journey in the landscape industry in 1980, working with a small landscape maintenance company in Gaithersburg. Over the years, he gained experience with larger firms like Ruppert, Greenlink, and Valley Crest. In 2013, he transitioned to the wholesale nursery sector and became a founding member of Old Glory Wholesale Nursery in 2020, during the Covid pandemic. He is actively involved in all operations at Old Glory, focusing on sales and customer service, and finds great satisfaction in playing golf whenever possible.

Julia's journey from commercial finance to becoming the office manager at a local wholesale nursery is nothing short of inspiring! She has truly found her passion in the nursery industry, thriving in a world filled with vibrant plants and collaborating with talented landscape contractors. As a founding member of Old Glory, Julia is dedicated to enhancing the company's offerings and delivering exceptional customer service. When she's not busy supporting sales and accounting, you'll find her diving into her love for the arts, especially music.

Hailey enthusiastically joined Old Glory as our lead nursery manager. She studied at the Institute of Applied Agriculture (IAA) at the University of Maryland and began her career at one of the state's top retail nurseries. In her role, Hailey oversees the organization of incoming and outgoing plant materials, as well as their care while in inventory. Hailey is committed to cultivating thriving plant life while fostering positive relationships within the industry  She loves spending her free time with her family and four legged furry friends.

Steve came to Old Glory with over 20 years of experience in the commercial landscape maintenance field. Steve has help many positions but most recently as an enhancement manager. The vision of Old Glory aligns perfectly with Steve’s personality and drive, making him a perfect addition to the team. Steve will often be found with his wife on the sidelines of his son's sporting events cheering him on.

Tracy joined Old Glory with over 20 years of experience in the green industry. Tracy is enthusiastic to explore supply lines to best accommodate the needs of our customers. Tracy has held many positions as a nurseryman as well as several positions within landscape companies to include commercial estimation and as a plant buyer. While not working at the nursery Tracy enjoys playing his drums and showing of his culinary skills.

Aly joined the team as our social media marketing specialist while attending the University of Towson College of Education. Aly has since graduated and is teaching full time but continues to assist us in delivering our vision on our social media platforms and our weekly newsletter. Her primary focus is showcasing great material that comes through the nursery for our customer base to see what is currently available.
